We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary: with an insurer you have nominated (for example Liaison, Britam, or M-TIBA), with service providers who help us operate (such as our booking platform), and with regulators or authorities where the law requires it.

We apply appropriate safeguards to protect your information and keep it only for as long as is necessary to provide your care and to meet our legal and professional record-keeping obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

access the personal data we hold about you;
request correction of inaccurate data;
request deletion of your data, where applicable;
object to or restrict certain processing; and
withdraw consent at any time, without affecting care already provided.
